Terms and conditions
The referral fee for a Private Office referral is payable subject to the referred member signing a minimum 12-month term. The referral fee will be settled within 30 days after the referred member has completed two full months of their contract term with Flex by Grosvenor.
The referral fee is equal to 5% of the fees paid to Flex by Grosvenor during the first 12 months of the contract (minimum 12-month term), capped at £20,000 per referral. Rewards may be applied as a credit note to your membership account or paid as a cash equivalent, at the discretion of Flex by Grosvenor.
Dedicated desk referral
The referral fee for a Dedicated Desk is payable subject to the referred member signing a minimum 12-month term. The referral fee will be settled within 30 days after the referred member has completed two full months of their contract term with Flex by Grosvenor.
The referral fee is equal to 5% of the fees paid to Flex by Grosvenor during the first 12 months of the contract (minimum 12-month term), capped at £500 per referral. Rewards may be applied as a credit note to your membership account or paid as a cash equivalent, at the discretion of Flex by Grosvenor.
Hot desk referral
The referral fee for a Hot Desk is payable subject to the referred member signing a minimum 6-month term. The referral fee will be settled within 30 days after the referred member has completed two full months of their contract term with Flex by Grosvenor.
The referral fee is equal to 5% of the fees paid to Flex by Grosvenor during the first 6 months of the contract (minimum 6-month term), capped at £300 per referral. Rewards may be applied as a credit note to your membership account or paid as a cash equivalent.
Programme terms
The Exclusive Rewards Program is open exclusively to existing members of Flex by Grosvenor referring a new member to any Flex by Grosvenor site. A referral form must be submitted and accepted before the referred member views a Flex by Grosvenor building to qualify for the referral fee.
The referred member must not have been a member of Flex by Grosvenor, nor a directly associated or related company or other legal entity (including parent, subsidiary, or sister entities) of a current or previous member, within the 3 years prior to the date the referral form is accepted.
The referred member must also be a new referral who has not viewed a Flex by Grosvenor building, either directly through our sales team or via a third-party property agent or broker, within the last 12 months. The same individual or organisation may not be referred to Flex by Grosvenor more than once (e.g., by multiple referrers).
Rewards may be subject to tax or other statutory deductions, and payment of the same shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient. Referrers are responsible for ensuring that they are not prohibited either by contract or any statutory or legal obligation or duty from making a referral or accepting a referral fee and Flex by Grosvenor accepts no liability in respect of a failure by a referrer to adhere to these responsibilities.
Personal data supplied by a referrer or referee whilst participating in the Member Referral Rewards Programme will be dealt with in accordance with the Flex by Grosvenor Privacy Policy.
This offer is valid until 31 March 2026, cannot be combined with any other offer, and excludes property agents/brokers, employees of Grosvenor/TAG and their family. Flex by Grosvenor reserves the right to suspend, amend, cancel or withdraw this programme (or any of its applicable terms) at any time. Flex by Grosvenor’s decision on eligibility and payment is final.
The operation of the Member Referral Rewards Programme will be governed by English law and participants in the promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
